A menos de 48 horas de se conhecerem as nomeações aos Golden Globes 2019 são muitas as incógnitas. Em todas as categorias há candidatos praticamente garantidos, mas também grandes dúvidas nos lugares que restam.

Por decisão do comité dos Golden Globes, “Roma” não pode ser nomeado a Melhor Filme Drama, apenas a Melhor Filme em Língua Não Inglesa. Por sua vez, Natalie Portman (“Vox Lux”) e Paul Giamatti (“Private Life”) foram categorizados para atores principais, mesmo estando a concorrer para atores secundários nos Óscares. Por decisão dos estúdios, “A Star is Born” e “Bohemian Rhapsody” lutam por Melhor Filme Drama, enquanto “Vice” concorre por Melhor Comédia/Musical.
