Os Critics’ Choice Awards 2020 decorreram ontem, dia 12 de janeiro e os vencedores já são conhecidos!
À semelhança dos Golden Globes, a HBO acabou por vencer alguns prémios com séries como Succession, Barry, Chernobyl e Watchmen. A Netflix (e The Irishman que era o filme com mais nomeações) apenas conquistaram as vitórias com Marriage Story, The Irishman e Unbelievable.
A nível do cinema, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood levou 4 prémios para casa, sendo um deles o de Melhor Filme. Joker acabou por levar 2 prémios, e Renée Zellweger acaba por levar mais uma vitória com a sua interpretação em Judy. Greta Gerwig conseguiu a vitória na categoria de Melhor Argumento Original.
